· At least 2 year’s working experience in a Hotel, Spa or Club Reception role
· Computer knowledge on: Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential, knowledge on Spa / Club software applications is an advantage
· University or post-graduate diploma or equivalent professional leisure / hotel qualification is required
· Proficiency in Cantonese and English is essential
· Excellent communication skills in both written & spoken Mandarin (desirable)
· Candidates with spa therapist experience may be considered for the load of “Spa Concierge & Therapist”
