| Requirement |

- Form 5 standard or above, with diploma or equivalent professional hotel training is preferable
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hotels or fine dining Chinese restaurants, with at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Hospitable and attention to details
- Presentable, pleasant and out spoken
- Independent and able to work under pressure
- Good leadership and interpersonal skills
- Computer knowledge in MS Office and Micros system
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, advantage with other language proficiencies
