- Maintain the daily operation of the Hotel's Western Kitchen
- Produce food of high quality under the direction of the Restaurant and Executive Chef

| Requirement |

- Form 5 standard or above, with diploma or equivalent vocational training is preferred
- Experience in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants. Experience in Cold Kitchen will be an advantage
- Knowledge of occupational health & safety and food hygiene regulations
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations
- Hospitable and organized
- Independent and able to work under pressure
- A good team player and able to develop sound working relationship with all colleagues
- Good communication skills in both Chinese and English
