Job Summary
.
  • Maintain the daily operation of the Hotel's Western Kitchen
  • Produce food of high quality under the direction of the Restaurant and Executive Chef
Requirement
.
  • Form 5 standard or above, with diploma or equivalent vocational training is preferred
  • Experience in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants. Experience in Cold Kitchen will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of occupational health & safety and food hygiene regulations
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations
  • Hospitable and organized
  • Independent and able to work under pressure
  • A good team player and able to develop sound working relationship with all colleagues
  • Good communication skills in both Chinese and English
