- University or diploma or equivalent professional hotel training is required, professional training in Hotel Sales Department or Front Office is preferred
- At least 1 year relevant working experience in related field
- Excellent telephone manner
- Presentable, independent and able to work under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills, pleasant and out spoken
- Good team player and able to develop sound working relationships with colleagues
- Computer knowledge on: word, excel and PowerPoint is a must; in depth knowledge of Opera Hotel Information System will be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in both written & spoken English and Chinese
