l           Greet and welcome every guest, escort them and fulfill their expectations and preferences

l           Handle customer services including general enquiries at the desk or through e-mail, check-in & check-out

l           Assist Japanese guests in any aspect in order to build great memories

l           Graduate in Hospitality Management or related discipline

l           Minimum 1 year' work experience in hotel industry

l           Pleasant, Presentable, confident with outgoing personality

l           Good communications skills and good command of Japanese and English; additional language would be an advantage
