Job Summary

Introducing an excellent way to kick start your five star hotel career... become a Call Centre Operator.

The Call Centre is the hub of the hotel taking internal and external calls. As a Call Centre Operator you are the eyes and ears of the hotel working in a fast paced environment. But with a great team around you and comprehensive training it will be a breeze. This position is part time working approximately 3 shifts per week. Please only apply if you have the ability to work rostered shifts, including weekends and public holidays. You will have fluent English speaking skills, a current New Zealand working permit/passport and good computer literacy.

Requirement

As well as your ability to work in a fun but professional team, you will be confident in liaising with hotel guests, staff and external customers, and have immaculate personal presentation. Attention to detail and accuracy is a must as you will be the central communication person for the hotel.
